The most effective method of cleansing a central heating system

A Power Flush treatment is recommended as the optimum method of restoring system efficiency. When DripDry carry out a Power Flush we leave no stone unturned.

Combined with an effective cleanser and administered correctly by a DripDry professional, the Power Flush is well worthwhile to increase the longevity and efficiency of your system.

Particularly on an existing system, a treatment can remove up to 95% of system sludge and scale!

By using our Magnacleanse™ machines, we can remove all the sludge, silt and debris from radiators and pipework to leave your heating system working like new.

We also provide ongoing lifetime protection with the installation of a MagnaClean domestic filter.

 What Does It Do?

The low pressure, high velocity, high volume power flushing pump and magnetic power flushing filter reduces the recirculation of iron oxide through your boiler. This increases efficiency by reducing water consumption and time to flush the system.

The specially formulated flushing chemicals remove stubborn adhesive deposits that a normal flush cannot remove. The chemicals used to cleanse or descale your system will be chosen to suit your individual system requirements.

Your system will be cleansed internally, methodically and thoroughly, pipe by pipe, radiator by radiator, including the boiler. Once your whole system has been cleansed thoroughly we refill with clean water.

Do I Need A Powerflush?

If your system shows any of the following symptoms then it would benefit from a Power Flush:

  • Cold spots on radiators
  • Boiler noise
  • Pump failure
  • Heating circulation problems
  • System is slow to heat up

How Long Does It Take?

This can depend on the number of radiators and the type of system you have. However, we can usually complete a service within one day.

“Good system flushing is always worth the time. It has been shown that there is a direct correlation between how well a system has been cleaned and treated, and the reliability and efficiency of the whole system”

-Dr. Carl Jasper (AQUADEMIC)
