Spreading the cost of your new bathroom or boiler is simple. Once you’ve agreed our quotation for the job, we’ll ask TradeHelp to call at a convenient time to process your credit application.

This takes around ten minutes and in most cases an accept or decline decision will be given whilst on the call.

How Does It Work?
Once we’ve provided you with a quote, we’ll appoint TradeHelp to get in touch with you at a convenient time to discuss your payment options and to complete the application process.

This call will take about 10 minutes and if your application is successful the lender will send out your finance documents for you to read and electronically sign.

After your documents are received by the lender, they can proceed to approve your finance. As soon as TradeHelp are notified of this, they’ll inform our team team at DripDry who will then arrange your installation date.

Can I Pay A Deposit?
You can pay with a deposit or without, it’s up to you. Paying with a deposit will reduce the total loan required.
When will my payments be due?
This will depend on the type of payment plan you take out and will be detailed on your credit agreement. Your repayment period will not begin until the installation has been completed to your satisfaction.
Can I Cancel My Payment Plan?
You have the right to withdraw from any credit agreement. If you wish to do so you should inform the lender of your intention to withdraw within 14 days from the day after agreeing to the loan. Payment may still be due for any goods or services provided prior to the cancellation.
Can I Repay My Loan Early?
Yes, your loan can be paid off early. There are no restrictions on early repayments but you may be charged up to 2 months of interest on the outstanding balance. Please contact your loan provider for more information.

Individuals only – 18 years or over (purchasing for personal, not business, use)
Howeowner with email address and ability to make payments by direct debit
Resident in the UK for at least the last 12 months
Be employed or self-employed in permanent, paid employment (minimum 16 hours per week)

    Making a complaint

    The business always endeavours to provide the best service for every customer. However, on rare occasions, there may be times where a customer may not be completely satisfied.

    To ensure the business is able to put things right as soon as possible, please read our complaints procedure below. The business will then be able to respond promptly to ensure complete satisfaction.

    As soon as possible after the completion of the works, please inspect the work to ensure everything has been carried out based on the contract terms and the high standards the business aims to achieve.

    In the unlikely event there is anything you are not completely satisfied with, please contact the business as soon so the problems can be rectified as soon as possible.

    Our Procedure
    Either call, email or write* to us. The business aims to respond within 5 days of receiving your complaint and where possible, will provide you with a date to remedy any issues raised.

    Where the business is unable to resolve your complaint using the business complaints procedure, as a Which? Trusted Trader the business uses Dispute Resolution Ombudsman for dispute resolution. In the unlikely event that the business cannot remedy your complaint to your satisfaction you may wish to refer your complaint to them. If you wish to do so please contact Which?
